The role of Centre or Club Registrar is to be responsible for all member registrations within your Centre/Club. This involves all elements of the registration process, including the conduct of sign-up days and the proper recording of individual details. The Registrar must have good planning and organization skills, good computer skills and be able to communicate with a wide range of people, including families, affiliated Centre/Club Registrars, Committee members and volunteers, Little Athletics WA and ResultsHQ/Timing Solutions.
Little Athletics WA uses ResultsHQ, which is a platform managed by Timing Solutions, to record and manage all member registrations.
ResultsHQ/Timing Solutions is also used for communication with members, rostering, uniform ordering, recording of results and event records, and nomination for events.
Each Centre has their own Centre Admin account, specific information may also be managed by clubs within a Centre. It is important to ensure all members are accurately recorded and all information is completed, including payment, to ensure efficient running of the Centre/Club and LAWA events. Pre-season Registrar training is offered, along with ongoing support from Timing Solutions and LAWA Member Services staff.
Members are also able to set up their own profile in ResultsHQ, from which they can complete and pay for their registration, nominate for events and view their results.
The LAWA registration fee for 2019/20 will stay at $90 per member (for the 3rd season running). (Members note that Centre and Club fee is additional),

Centres may open earlier if they choose, either for full registrations or priority registrations for returning members,

Transfers – Centre to Centre:
*Any amount refunded by the old Centre will be moved to the new Centre to offset the fees payable at the new Centre. The member must be marked as paid at the new Centre before they are denoted as an active member.
KidSport enables eligible Western Australian children aged 5 to 18 years to participate in community sport and recreation by offering them financial assistance of up to $150 per calendar year towards club fees.
